La Commedia scende in piazza
A project by Teatro Stabile di Catania in collaboration with Accademia Internazionale di Teatro, Rome, under the patronage of the City of Catania
Theatre leaves the theatre
The masks and characters of the Commedia dell'Arte step off the stage and into the squares of Catania. For five days public space becomes a stage, reaching a wider audience where city life happens.
The cast is made up of six young performers, students and alumni of the Academy, three of whom come from Catania and its region.

Three performances a day. All shows are free and open to the public.
