She obtained a Bachelor's degree in Educational Science from Roma Tre University. In 1996, she earned a diploma as an "actress" from the International School of Theatre. She studied jazz and modern singing at the University of Music in Rome, obtaining a diploma with a specialization in jazz and completed a three-year national training course in Orff Schulwerk methodology, earning a certification in all three levels. In 2021, she focused on studying and perfecting body percussion through courses with world-renowned masters. Her artistic training also includes studying classical piano and modern and contemporary dance.

She is a performer with Fio Azul, Collettivo Rosario under the artistic direction of C. Raszl, and with Collettivo Fare Albero.

Her acting career is rich in significant experiences: she has performed in "A memoria do oceano" by P. Serra, "Anna Cappelli" by A. Ruccello, "Il velo della sposa e l'abbecedario" by P. Caiffa, directed by R. Felli; "Dialoghi da una fotografia" by S. Colombo; "Madame Lycanthrope" by S. Benni. She has collaborated with prominent directors such as G. Sepe, H. Yamanouchi.

As a theatre director, she has directed works such as "Discorda" by F. Coppola and A. Bobbi, "È morto Frank Sinatra" by G. Tocci, and "La Lezione" by E. Ionesco. She has collaborated with companies like Scacco Matto and TTT, also staging works by Woody Allen and Aristophanes. She is the author of the plays "Non stiamo mica insieme" and "Vortice d'amore".

A jazz, bossa nova, funk, and experimental singer, she has collaborated with numerous artists and groups, including 'Round4 and What4, and in a duo with Andrea Moriconi. She is also a composer of music for the modern circus show "Leggerezza" by Materiaviva Performance, the docufiction "Normopatie", and the play "Non stiamo mica insieme".
